Key words^. God only knows what could be out there and they don't ever come on here or post if they do. That is what makes the OP's claims so outrageous. To say the highest ever without any data other then "it is the highest my tuner ever saw" means nothing. Maybe the only FRS the tuner has ever seen at all which of course would make it the highest.
Without a formal governing body to maintain records and confirm reports there is no way anybody can make the claim that they are "the highest" since it can not be confirmed in any way.

This and even with that there could be countless of those who don't care to report their builds.
