Just got bc br coilovers with problem. HELP!

I ordered my bc br coilovers around 6days ago and i just got my coilovers today.. Finally! .. And as soon as i grabbed one of them. I was really shocked looking at this... I guess im really noob to coilovers or.. This is not normal? I have no idea.. Top parts of coilovers are movable? I have no idea what to do...
Couldnt even find out if its normal or not. Please help this coilover noob thx

That is normal. It is your adjustable camber plates moving around. Tighten it after install and you will be fine.

Its not camber plate moving.. I dont know what that part is called but its not camber plate... Here's another image

It's ok - that's normal and designed to do that...it's the pillowball mount.

*EDIT*

Just to clarify - what @HATED1 said isn't wrong - the camber plates are moving around the pillowball - which is a spherical bearing - allowing you to adjust the camber. (picture this: camber plate is attached to strut tower and doesn't move or tilt, when camber is changed the strut tilts and pivots around the pillowball mount/bearing)
