Hanging off the side??... Mine is attached with machined aluminum and a custom 3D printed bracket.... yours is screw'd into the bumper. Clearly you're the one that does not care about your investment !

Obviously you have no knowledge of aerodynamics. Lets take a slow ass car and put a large flat metal plate right in front. I bet my mileage and 0-60 times are improved !

When you buy the car does it not come with a plate fitted? Licensing is very different in the UK

A lot of dealerships here don't install the plate mount until the car is sold, for whatever reason. It's just a part of their pre-delivery process.

Some of us who purchased the car before it was delivered specifically requested them not to drill the bumper.

I'm not denying the magnet system is the cleanest, but I don't like the thought of shit happening and having it fly off in a freak accident. :p

I'm running this one so I didn't have to put obvious holes.

Found the link on here a few months ago and like it a lot!

It's a lot stronger than you think, especially combined with the little hooks on the bottom that latch onto the grille. Driving at speed will pin the plate even harder to your bumper.

Basically, if something happens that pulls off your front plate, you've got bigger problems to worry about.

I would poop on the track. Sort of a Mario Cart kind of thing.

I wish I could come up with something witty and antagonizing, but instead I'll post a picture of someone who spent a lot of money on their 86's looks and 'messed it all up' by putting the license plate in the wrong place.

The license plate is fine. It's the stance that makes it look messed up.
