How long have you guys been waiting for your California Legacy plates? I'm at 6 weeks.

You still have a while to go! It's been months for my buddy to receive his plates. I ordered my plates a month later in Arizona and received my custom plates in 4 weeks.

He is still waiting.

Hopefully Cali give you something to open up for Christmas. Definitely worth the wait.

Borrowing from David Cross's character in Arrested Development, I would like my personalized plate to be
"A NU SCAR".
In the show his license plate was "A NU START", and I laugh every time I think about that one.
Chances of me going through with this are 1%, but I wonder if Texas would go for it.

It took me what felt like forever to get mine. I ordered mine 8/28 and just got the notice they're ready yesterday.

I ordered mine 8/11 and haven't heard anything.
What does the notice look like? is it an official letter in an envelope or a cheesy piece of paper that can get lost in the mail?

It looks like a flimsy postcard. Almost like a 3x5 card, but a sheet of paper. I too was afraid it got lost in the mail. But eventually it showed up. It was probably the happiest I've ever been getting a piece of mail, aside from car parts haha.

Mine arrived the beginning of October. Took exactly 3 months to get (Ordered first week of July). Just went simple with my initials and BRZ of course. Also my IG name lol.

Always loved these classic black and yellow Cali plates. Now I just need to get the original black and yellow ones on my Mustang in the background restored

I wish NJ had something like this... Our standard plates have this nasty yellow tint to them that makes it look like someone took a piss on them...
