I'd say the wheels having been painted some don't do much for me either... Almost trying to make it too snazzy etc.

I think this may be an answer to a problem that I have seen with a lot of the Hyundai cars--they are driven by women, almost an entire fleet of chick cars. Adding a turbo to the Veloster may be their attempt to get more men into the brand.

Uh....the same thing could be said about Scion. Actually, the majority of people who own genesis' or velosters are male to begin with.

BTW, that is not a Veloster Turbo in that pic. The one thing I am interested in and wish there was more info on is the matte grey paint on the VT.

Good point, sir . Scion does have alot of female drivers. I didn't do any research, just been looking around up here. Of course, in the past 24 hours, I have seen two GCs that have male drivers, one of which lives in my neighborhood. Velosters, I haven't seen enough of them yet to make a gender call just yet.

The link is dead, BTW.

The small difference is probably because they're not doing anything to improve the suspension or anything. I specifically remember reading about the lack of upgrades for the turbo model aside form the engine. :-/

Yea....werent you the one who was lugging your engine all the way up to speed in 6th trying to get the best mileage out of it?

There is a story behind every blown motor. You lugging it caused that to happen.
