We're really ones to judge about polarizing colors. That being said, who the hell are they trying to sell that to?

Congrats to both!

I just did the clutch pedal engagement adjustment to my HB today, took 10 minutes of being upside-down in the foot well but it's so easy and so worth it. Pretty much dummy proof too. And reversible just as easily. Thought I'd mention that since many of us are new to the platform.

@Luftwaffel, Thanks!

@Swolstice, Nice! Got mine at El Cajon Subaru, they outsourced my Hyper.Blue somewhere and took them a week.

My dad is the one with experience on buying cars, but I have no idea on how to bargain lol, does anyone here have any tips or advice if I were to go and ask for the BRZ S.HB? I'm for sure going to try and test drive it if they let me, I believe I saw it inside the showroom when I was driving by the freeway. (Dad's cosigning for me so I don't pay a lot monthly)
For a car like this, bargaining will only get you so far. Your goal will be to not pay anything over MSRP. Ideally you should try to squeeze 500 or 2-3% off the msrp but don't feel bad if you can't.

A good negotiator never takes the first offer. So offer them a ridiculously low price like 26k and see where you go from there.

Last but not least, tell them somebody you know has performed a CVLS (comprehensive vehicle locator search) and found there are over 80 left in California which makes it less rare than a base model XV cross trek in tangerine orange Pearl (which sadly is true).

@Luftwaffel You did the clutch mod where you took out the spring? Did you feel a difference before and after? Would you recommend it for someone that's new to manual?

No, I didn't do that yet because it looks like a pain in the ass to put back if I don't like it.

What I did do is adjust the assembly to drop the clutch pedal to sit just a bit below the brake pedal in height. This also moves the engagement point to just above the floor, which is more predictable than somewhere in who the fuck knows where'sville. In my opinion.

I wonder how these would look with CF background and sky blue stars.
