Also out side of enthusiasts I don't see a lot of people buying a RWD going into the rainy season.
They're all in the ~28k range.

Alright guys didn't want to start a new thread and my post relating to this thread figured I'll just put my post here,

I originally wanted a FRS instead of the BRZ mainly because the front of the FRS appeals to me more than the BRZ. Being that, that's one of the main differences between the two cars, otherwise being identical. I wasn't a fan of the mustache look on the BRZ. However, because my plan with the FRS was to later on wrap it into a sky blue color (if you can tell from my avatar picture lol) and seeing that the BRZ HyperBlue series is exactly what I'm looking for and is factory.I'm now leaning heavily towards getting the BRZ HyperBlue..Seeing it's already the color I'm looking for. I can't get the car until December, I checked online and there's a dealer next to me that has two available. If the car is still available I'll probably end up getting it. I really did want to re-badge the scion badges to Toyota GT-86 badges, but I guess I'll be content with Subaru badges, lol. Both are better than Scion at least.

I preferred the look of the FR-S when they revealed both cars on November 29, 2011. The look of the BRZ grew on me these past years. You'll get over it quick once you drive it because it's so fun. You'll spend a lot more time driving the car than looking at the car. And then when you do look at it, you'll notice how great the color is and you'll forget about your thoughts on the front.

Don't worry about inventory, a lot of dealers are getting theirs in the middle of November.

This should 99% just be a Black Cap to install with double sided tape.
It's how the Chrome Fender Trim option is handled.
Every car is produced with color matched trim there.

I have however seen pics of the Hyper Blues getting delivered off of the transport trucks with that piece already black.
Which means your car either left Japan without them, or the technicians at the port forgot to install them.
If they aren't in your trunk or car somewhere, then you may be SOL... trying to reach the port where the car came, looking for this part.
Hopefully SOA can get you some replacements.

Maybe they were only able to make 999 black fender trims. So you got the limited limited hyper blue.

Grab it! There's only 81 BRZ's S.HB left and they're all on dealer lots.

FYI there's no more BRZ's S.HB on the way to dealerships. Every one has landed at the lots.

This is the dealership that's within 10 miles inventory and the price I suppose

http://www.kirbysubaruofventura.com/...htm?search=brz

My dad is the one with experience on buying cars, but I have no idea on how to bargain lol, does anyone here have any tips or advice if I were to go and ask for the BRZ S.HB? I'm for sure going to try and test drive it if they let me, I believe I saw it inside the showroom when I was driving by the freeway. (Dad's cosigning for me so I don't pay a lot monthly)

I'm confused, you have a 2016 frs already?......

In any case, it's not hard to ask for the price you want to pay. If you're old enough to big a car, you should be responsible enough to communicate with the dealership.

Getting $500-$1500 off the hyperblue would be a pretty good deal.

I wrote that in my profile making the account when I wanted an FRS as I was going to get one in December but with the HyperBlue BRZ I changed my mine and I can get it sooner now. I just didn't want to ask too low thinking because I'm 19 they won't take me seriously but My dad will be with me so hopefully I could get a good deal

edit: fixed, put what I drive now until I get the HyperBlue lol , reason why I'm getting a new car is because I commute daily to my college about 35 miles and my honda burns up oil a lot and has a lot of miles on it already. Been talking to my dad about a new car and that this is pretty affordable and he said he'd help me out so I said figured why not. That's my story in a nutshell

Looks nicely equipped, but I cannot stand the camel color interior.
