Blazers are in a better position than the Lakers, who have a Kobe on his last legs and Swaggy P for their future. lol. At least we have a good back court. We just need a front court that can play pick and roll.

only thing lakers has to hope for is d'angelo russell to develop into a legit player and wait for kobe's contract to come off their books.

i'll admit blazers had a worse offseason losing most of their fire power, but we also picked up a few decent pieces for the bench. both teams will suck this season, but at least we have two starters that have proven themselves as starters.

CJ Mccollum had a decent showing at the end of last season and was a problem for the grizzlies in the playoffs. He only scored a career high 37 last night (against the pelicans i know), but he's looking to be a good scorer and has even better shot selection than lillard. But with the lack of good big men, we'll suck with no half court game.
