Yeah you can easily drive around with 4 properly torqued lugs. Just don't hit the track or anything. Normal driving it's safe, but should still be fixed ASAP.

I never put them on they are brand new didn't have enough room my tire is way to close to the strut. Lowered with rsr superdowns with 17x9 +38 57DR 235/40/17
