Some dealers opt to put some or all of it on a car and sell it as a "TRD GT86". This is not limited in any way. I can go buy one. Not going to because the TRD stuff is heavily overpriced.

I don't understand what you mean by (the "real" TRD body kit) as the RS 1.0 has a real TRD body kit. In fact it's the lowest production body kit offered by Toyota/TRD with only 1,500 cars.

I don't understand people that compare the base model pricing to Release Series pricing.

Yep if you can get a dealer to sell the RS 1.0 parts to you it's like $9K plus for the parts.

Okay, that's cool.
I meant the TRD body kit sold in Asia, Europe, etc.
Wasn't trying to diminish the RS1 in any way.
Already stated I'd trade in my GT86 "high" EU-spec for a RS1 if I could. Because I like the color.

Well I didn't see the point posting the 14R-60 seeing how it's made out of unobtainium here in the USA.

Oh don't forget about the GT86 Cb model but I don't think it's a TRD model.

It would be cool if they did a special type of white for the next RS. Kind of how the series 10 is a much different grey/silver than argento.
