Yeah I saw. Not sure if we are going to that yet. Cold as hell in marina at that time.

From Saturday's SCCA event...

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3am6KMlGNdU"]Mack - SCCA Slush 2 Marina - STX BRZ 40.668 - YouTube[/ame]

Was having some handling issue. Car was understeer a lot everywhere prior to the last run. Made adjustments every run and it did not help until the last run, the front was finally working better then the car would want to oversteer as soon as the throttle is applied.

RE71-r.

The tires are good til down to bald supposedly. It's always Marina that gives us some handling issues... this is the first time the car really got our head scratching in Marina.

Yeah I do push a lot more at Marina than Crows. Well at Crows I can easily make the car oversteer when I go too fast and at Marina it feels like a dump truck. I know nothing about suspension tuning so maybe it's time to start learning.

My RE71s are into the ware bars now so maybe I'll take them down to the cords and see how it goes. I wanna get a new set broken in before the SD tour in the spring though. How far have you taken any of your sets down? I know you have a bunch lol.

Next SCCA event is the 22nd at Marina. Dennis is co-chairing the event, also.

Car feels great at Crows. Very neutral mostly. We ran the first set pretty low, well past the wear bars. Forgot how low exactly, they still worked well but we had to get new set for nationals. We are skipping the SD tour.

Anybody run in the Sacramento region and have a recommendation on tire for STX? I need to buy tires now so looking at whatever worked well at Mather and Stockton this past season.

Thanks!

Steve
