Do you consider your FRS/BRZ to be on the same level as a Hyundai, oh wait I'm sorry, a Genesis? I don't.

I don't know, I see you have an FR-S and it might be different. No offense to FR-S owners out there, but I wouldn't ever buy an FR-S for the simple fact that it is a Scion. Subaru carries a little more prestige than Scion. Just my opinion, flame away.
For the record, I drive an 04 Elantra and the only not-wear-and-tear problem I've had was a rock putting a hole in the flex pipe in the exhaust. The car's 11 years old with about 83k miles on it, and I will continue to DD it when I get an 86. That said, Hyundai also offers much longer warranties, and the Genesis is faster if you're one of those "straight line" people. But then again, if you were, you wouldn't have a BRZ :p

There is a notorious 4 lane strip of road where people have a tendency to race, it then merges into a 2 lanes. If you go long enough there are some mad twisties. Sadly no one ever wants to follow that far

Was at a stop light this afternoon, and a lifted Ram pulled up next to me. Light turned green, I proceeded through like a normal human being, dude in the Ram (obviously had to show me how big his penis is, because I clearly couldn't tell from the size of his truck) stepped on it, and probably got up to at least 150kmh in a 60kmh zone. I caught up at the next light, he was mean muggin' and I smiled and gave him a thumbs up

Just be very sure that it looks like a thumbs up and not something else or things can get dicey.

Oops? I was too busy checking both ways for cars and missed the stop-sign... Both horizon are completely empty of cars.

I would've slam on brake but not risking skid off the roads..
