Hypothetically speaking

Hypothetically speaking I would take it to a detailer and tell them I don't know where the stain came from.

Don't bother.

Baby booster seat will hide it.

Well everybody knows that as soon as there is a bride involved the fooling around in the car ends anyway.

Depends on how many heat cycles they've seen.

Also if they're coated or not makes a huge difference in performance, too

I wasn't referring to the seats when I said it ends when you get a bride.

Go to a car wash with a steam cleaner and take 10 minutes.

And next time get a hypothetical room.

IDK.... that's never happened. I'd carry wet wipes, febreze, extra pair of clothing, would have seat covers, blankets, small brush for the alcantara, micro towel and a water bottle. Water bottle to hydrate and spray on micro towel, and once it's humid, lightly pull on "stain" until it was off as much as possible. Then perhaps a little bit of Dawn soft on hands dish soap with warm water at home. The Dawn must be about 90% watered down. I've used it before to remove Starbucks coffee stains, dog smell and unknown stains. Works. Let it sun/air dry! If stain remains, repeat process. GG
