Tiny little cosmetic mods since they were easiest and relatively inexpensive to do. I like it the way it is for my purposes.
Added an exhaust for louder noise and more fun DD. That's pretty much it. |

Clutch assist spring, adjustment, blah blah blah... All tap dancing around the issue.
I'll talk about my clutch mod to anyone interested. And to some who aren't.

My priority was protecting it first. It definitely made for a bit of a sad, boring first several months not getting to mod the cosmetic or fun stuff I wanted, but it was absolutely worth it, and necessary for me. I got opti-coat, mudflaps, and a clear bra.

I have:
Emblems (vanity issue) TRD exhaust (because TRD Racecar) Borla Headers (now removed because I found out can't pass smog) TRD intake (now miss it. wtb!) Trunk liner (helped deaden sound by like 5% in trunk...according to my ears) TRD Springs (love stiffer die) Next up: All weather mats for driver and passenger Mud guards (non oem because they look useless) Lip (need to cover scratches) TRD rims (because TRD) Then i'll be complete. Maybe Oem 400+ sub.

My must haves were:
Tint Spoiler Exhaust Lowering Springs Clear bra Coincidently the dealer had a car with: Tint Spoiler Exhaust Lowering Springs Clear bra I was done before I drove off the lot (and no I did not pay for all that)

I didn't buy them in a priority order, but these are the mods that put the biggest smile on my face in order of purchase:
- shift knob (much easier and satisfying to shift) - exhaust (music to my ears) - steering wheel (changes the driving feel dramatically. one of my best friends thinks it's my #1 mod) - wheel/tires (such grip) - coilovers (what body roll?) - wider accelerator pedal (I can finally heel-toe) |

I'm very happy with the car overall but I started a few to make it my own and tweak a few things...
1) Air filter 2) remove sound tube 3) Samco intake tube 4) Whiteline rear subframe bushings 5) Clutch pedal fix/adjustment 6) SPI battery hold down & oil cap 7) Wheels & Tires 8) Whiteline camber bolts & full alignment And list continues to grow... ;-). Headers and a proper dyno tune are next... Ed |

I quickly got bit by the mod bug. Within a month after purchase, I had done:
Sound tube delete Header Cat-back Tune Lowering springs Trunk spoiler Things are getting cold here now, but come Spring I will be looking at Tints Wheels and tires And very possibly a supercharger. |
