The owner of my company saw my car and decided he needed one. I tried telling him they will be hard to come by and he did not believe me. After he called a few Scion/Subaru dealers he could not believe 1) the price and 2) he would not be getting one very soon due to demand.

I just shrugged and kind of smirked and replied "I don't know I guess we could see." He simply laughed and I told him I would give him a head start.

He proceeded to rev quite a bit and him and the girl looked thrilled. He punched it on green and I proceeded to fly past. He caught up to me at the next light and said "Holy shit, that is insane. What's done to your car?!" I said "about an extra 120whp on you at least and a good deal of torque, full bolt on Revision 3 turbo and currently sitting at nearly 320whp(245hp factory).

It was a good time and I liked the BRZ, definitely has a good road presence. I guess I'm one of those who likes more power. I would like one if it had more go fast, but I don't think i'd sell my mr2 for one.

FRS/BRZ is not a car you want to rev at someone, could eat lot of dirts from sti, Z and G types and many more....but there will be idiot trying their best to embarrass themselves

Some of these people must not have heard of this car or are just out of the loop. Maybe it's just me but I've seen 2 or 3 on the road and it I wasnt snapping my "neck back" or "drooling". But then again it's the same thing when I see a Panamera.

Picked up my Ultramarine FR-S 2 days before the official launch date. Put about 400 miles on it the first weekend cruising around SW Washington. The reactions have been priceless. I've never owned a car that turns so many heads. Lots of WTF! looks from people who don't know what the car is, and "OMG, that's an FR-S!" looks from people who do. I've a gotten thumbs up from a guy in a STi and multiple pics taken by other drivers. Pulling into a gas station or Safeway always draws a crowd. I know this kind of attention won't last forever, but for the time being I'm in hog heaven. To top it all off, I'm averaging over 30 MPG!! I LOVE THIS CAR!!!

Picked up my Whiteout FR-S last night. A random salesman at the Toyota Dealership says it looks just like a Maserati.

Earlier today I had a coworker say it looks like an old Jaguar from the side.

I love the classic profile lines (thanks to 2000GT)

THAT'S what it reminds me of--a Maserati, or Jaguar. Kinda' that very classic classy sports car look. Thanks!

As a 17-year-old Car enthusiast, i can completely understand and vouch for this, because that is EXACTLY what i felt when i sat on a White FR-S for the first time. Just...I couldn't explain it.

A little off topic, but I saw one at work today while walking to lunch. It was an ultramarine FR-S (the dark blue color). Man, you have to see this color in person. Unbelievable! I gave the guy a big thumbs up, but I don't think he saw me.

I can honestly say that my blue FR-S is the only stock car Ive ever driven that breaks necks. Its a noticable number of people snapping their heads around just to glance at it, some people even resort to fully spinning around and either walking backwards or stopping what they are doing entirely.
I thought it would die down after the exclusivity of the first86 wore off, but I guess not heh.

Was driving here in Philly yesterday... two cops flagged me over in the paddy wagon just to ask me what the hell I was driving!

Other than that a lot of people saying "THAT'S A SCION???!??"

I saw one in the parking lot at our plant and was gawking. The owner came out, we chatted about the car, he offered a ride-along, and he eventually said "I think you need to drive" after I showed him where some fantastic WV backroads were (where I do my road biking). Not bad for having just met the coworker that day (he works in a different group). In short, god damn, what a fantastic car.

I'm at work the other day (and didn't tell anyone I was buying or bought a new car) then my buddy comes up to me and goes, "hey I like your new car", I was like "what new car?", then he was like "don't bullshit me boy" , I lol'd

Other than that some dude in a sandwich shop asked me about it when I was in line, a few Z owners were looking at it (prolly playing tricks on their eyeballs) haha
