Just finished installing the side skirts on my lip kit, love how the car looks, now to get an exhaust next. Also I have class in 5.5 hours and should probably sleep.

I'm dreading the first day of snow.
I mean, I'm prepared. I've got my winter tyres on and I've been driving in Norway all year round for decades. But all these other people... It's like they've never seen snow before.

There must be literally thousands of people thinking:
Oh, the roads are covered in white stuff. Well, I'm late as it is and even though I have threadbare summer tyres
(and can't drive, but they don't know that)
- I'm going to tear down the highway at high speed because that white stuff... is somebody else's problem.

The first day of snow all the main roads around here look like a disaster movie. A bad one.

There will be cars in every ditch, turned in every dramatic angle possible.
The snow will be coloured by flashing orange and blue lights as police, fire department, ambulances and rescue vehicles mill around to help people.
And needless to say, there will be delays.
Having a Thermos flask full of coffee and a packed lunch in the car, right here in the most densely populated part of the country, is not excessive or melodramatic at all.

It happens every single year.

Sounds like over here except when it started raining again. For some reason, people do not remember how to drive when the roads are slick.

I've been browsing around the forum for inspiration for some interior upgrades.
I spend a lot of time inside my car, so it makes sense to make it homely, right?

So far I've found this

As if they ever knew... I run across so many people that can't even figure out how to keep it in the lines. There's a couple on-ramps to the PA Turnpike that I take where people are entirely on the shoulder and not even in the lane. This doesn't include the people who drive almost a full foot sometimes in the other lane. I don't know why, but it's frustrating to me to watch someone who can't drive properly.

Ever since I started to exclusively drive in manual mode, I've been emulating a manual transmission. For example, right before I upshift, I let off the gas pedal then shift, then press on the gas again. The engine revs a bit then settles down.

Maybe I should've gotten -

wait, this isn't "shit 86 owners will never admit"

I still love you flappy paddles!

That might happen if it snows next weekend and I have to go back to my parents' place to store it! Uh oh.

At least I can say that I have a snow plow to help me get around.
