well, with the edelbrock kit out, this swap doesn't seem as appealing anymore.

Why would you single out the edelbrock kit?

It undercuts the Cosworth in terms of pricing and is CARB legal.

it makes a ton of torque lb for lb with vs all the other superchargers, and is only using 60% of it's capacity on carb tune.

Agreed. If the Edelbrock kit was out when I started my build, I would have gone with it over a turbo.

Another update, it´s really very close to be released i.e. ready for order and especially prices announcement. Just few final bits updated, costs recalculated and then off it goes.

Definitely it will be offered as a full kit (with brand new engine/TC from factroy) and also as a conversion KIT, as a "budget" version which allows you to take a used engine.

of course the full kit will be quite $$ pricey as already the OEM engine/TC is quite a cost number by itself.

Stay tuned. Just a bit more time

How about swapping the motor/trans and entire drivetrain to AWD? Now that would be cool

No room for front axles without raising the engine up a fair bit.
