I'm having that issue as well, but I've double zip tied those hoses and seem to be reasonable with a boost leak test. I'm using a crappy pump so it only builds a lit of pressure but then burbles a bit, which seems odd but I'm assuming it is just feeding pressure through an oil channel somehow.

Crap I'm happy this thread was revived. Both of my claps are missing and I'm 1-2 weeks from my install date. I tugged on 1 line and I was able to remove it. This clamp is 100% required. Huge thx!
Can someone sticky this thread? Last edited by GsxrMe; 07-20-2015 at 09:04 AM. |

I just found out my issue. It isn't this hose pop off issue. My idle dips so low after i give some gas is because of my new Lighten flywheel and clutch that I just had installed 4 days ago. I need to retune the car for the quicken rev drop from getting off the gas pedal. Need to increase the idle to compensate for the quicker rpm gain and drop of the lighten flywheel.

I have two hoses that are plainly visible behind/below the A/C compressor. The left one is connected on both ends, but my right one is connected to the engine and then goes to nothing (my kit installer ziptied it to an A/C line). Is this supposed to be hooked up to something or is it just a vent to atmosphere PCV?
