Looks like tree sap. Wax makes it worse because it just gets caught in it since it protrudes out. Then you can't buff it off. What have you tried to remove it?

If it is tree sap, nail polish remover will get it off. Just use a qtip or cotton ball. You could also try using clay bar or a polish/compound to shine it back up.

Your car has psoriasis...Or a ringworm.

Can't tell from the picture, is it raised enough to feel rough?

I see the picture.

hmmm.......are you talking about the "thumb print" looking blotch .... or the "foggy" looking areas .. ??

If it's the "blotch" and it's tree sap (like mentioned above), I'd suggest you try some isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to remove it.

Another picture (with a reference - like a coin) would be helpful. In addition, maybe a picture from a few feet away would be good.

Yes it is most certainly contamination from something not a problem with the paint.
It appears that the clear coat is broken through though. Is it?

On the sides as well? Can you get a picture of the ones on the side? Want to see if it looks like something dripped down. The pattern in the clear coat looks like something dropped on it and splattered.
