Yes. OP could have written complete gibberish or be as brief as saying "paint problems", but a picture would've answered most questions.

Sadly common sense can't be taught for some people. With the Internet at our fingertips, people still ask questions to an obvious answer. At least provide enough information for people to make an educated guess.

I suggest you use some dish soap and warm water, to take off all the old wax.

Then, clay bar the car.

Wash with dish soap again.

Apply a cleaner/wax ...... and see how it looks.

If it still looks bad ..... post some pictures.
