Type A or Type Z? Or both?

The Type Z looks very attractive to me. It pretty much nulls your traditional spring and strut combo as the price point is equal or cheaper- but you get ride height adjustability with the Teins. Also with replacement shock cartridges around ~$120, it's way better bang than any Koni and spring combo. I'm sure Tein has valved their shocks accordingly to their springs rather than throwing any old performance strut together with lowering springs.

I'm glad I waited. These may very well take the throne of best budget coilover setup. They come with top hats too, correct?

Looks like MSRP are $800 and $1350 rather than the lower prices originally guesstimated

$800 still sounds good though. I'm curious as to how much difference the hydraulic bump stops make, and if its worth the $550 difference.

Seems like $550 = hydraulic bump stop + rebuild-ability.

Front only; you need lower control arms in the rear for adjustability.
