A REAL TOYOTA ENGINE. I love the FA20 but i'd love a 4age/2jz variation x10 more.

I'd prefer the turbo 1.6 they are about to throw in the Yaris WRC car. Lighter the better, and these new tiny engines can be boosted to the sky.

In the drifting application though, all they care about is high HP and TQ, being able to source the parts quick. Hence why they got rid of the FA20 from last season

yea i know.can't blame them for going with a bigger engine, it is a must have to be competitive in pro drifting. I do wish they would loosen up the rule book so everyone didn't have to have a gigantic over boosted engine. It just isn't as fun for me knowing almost everything is swapped.

I am not aware of what other changes that car has undergone but, in my mind at least, it is no longer an "FRS". It is something totally different that just happens to look like an FRS.
Well, if a NASCAR Camry can be considered a Toyota, I'm guessing that the FR-S would still be considered an FRS if you take the body panels and strap them to an SR71 then fill the gaps with a good paint job...
