+1 for camber bolts up front maxed out to approximately -1.5 degrees. That did wonders for fixing my understeer problems

Are camber bolts CStreet legal? Does Scion have a crash bolt set like Subaru does, or are any bolts fine?

Crash bolts only. The SPC/Whiteline aren't

There are toyota and subaru specific OEM crash bolts, so take your pick. I'll copy and paste the part numbers for you.
Taken from the C Street thread:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35855

OEM Crash/Camber Bolts. These allow you to add a small amount of front camber. Some cars vary in the amount of camber you can gain. I reached -1.4 while some people could not pass -0.8 and others saw -1.5. Get an alignment after install!. This is likely to throw the Toe off in your front end. Large tire wear, pulling to one side or poor handling can occur from this. OEM part numbers are as follows:
Toyota: SU003-02818
Subaru: 901000394

So I've been combing through the forums to look for good alignment specs for just OE camber bolts and so far I've only really been able to find one fairly generic one which was for an FR-S... Which has stiffer rear suspension to begin with so less of my problem. Any have some bulletproof tips/specs?

I think you gotta read through the really lengthy C-Street AutoX thread. Tons of amazing details there

If you're sticking with C street and can only use the OE camber bolts, you will want to max them out.

For toe, a little rear toe in will help with stability, but you sound like you might prefer 0 toe all around.

If the car doesn't see much street driving, I'd go with a bit of toe out front and tiny bit of toe in rear. Not great for wear compared to 0 toe all around, but would probably turn in sharper.

If I was to only do a little toe in the rear (I also daily the car), that would help braking stability, right? I think I'm going to leave he front at 0 for wear... What is a good slight value in the rear?

I'm running 0 toe F/R, along with -1.5 degrees camber in the front. I find 0 toe in the rear actually helps rotate the car a bit under trail-braking. There is some squirm under really hard braking (e.g., 100+ mph into a corner) but I'm not convinced that's due to the toe setting. The ABS systems on these cars is a bit strange to begin with.

Given what you wrote in your first post (and assuming you will be running the same tire compound F/R), I'd start with 0 toe in the rear and see how you like that.
