I figured I should stop in as I also am now in the HyperBlue Club, picked her up yesterday.

Album once will be continually expanded once I get the trim pieces, xpel, and a good wash, clay, wax in.

I had a lapse in judgement and agreed to have Carter Subie do it ...
I'm going to cancel that request and have "THE guy" at NW Auto salon as he's friends with 3 of my pretty good friends here. That was my original plan but ... yup not thinking everything through when sitting in the finance guys office >.>

Love the interior, and that frameless mirror, and the new head unit. Why can't I have mine yet...

Agreed, and when looking at the car head on, the stitched BRZ "POPS" right out at ya.

Plus it looks really good at night, super visible.
I sneaked onto the lot the night before (as they were closing) to look at her, was really surprised.

For financing, do you belong to a credit union? I was able to secure the lowest APR mine offered at 1.49%.

To those with their 2016's already, could you check what type of touch screen the 6.2 Starlink head-unit uses? (Capacative or Resistive) I wanted to know if you could operate it using normal gloves (resistive) or if it would need one constructed with conductive fibers in the tips (capacative).

Yes on the CU thing and I bought down the rate with score card points.

It feels capacitive ... I'll double check on the drive into work

Which CU do you use?
I cannot find anything advertised lower than 2.99%

So dumb
What do you expect? They want to clear out 2015's now, so those will get promotional APR, not the brand new model year. Promotional APR's are like discounts, there's no reason to discount something that's brand new.

I can't tell I don't have leather gloves but I did bundle up my hoodie sleeve end and I could use it with my finger.

Doing the same process on my MotoX didn't have success

I use USC CU

If you're able to join USAA, they have a car buying service (powered by TrueCar) that if you utilize and buy from one of their 'certified dealers,' you can get as low as .99% (.5% discount). Otherwise, they offer 1.49% nationally. But if the dealer you're buying from is one of theirs, then you'd be set for the .99%.

The closest one of their dealers was over 100 miles away in Los Angeles. My local dealer gave me the best quote for a 2016 BRZ, so it wasn't a possible option for me.
