Hehe.

I could've had mine in May, but no one told me the car was ready till the last minute. Running around trying to get insurance and financing in one day was quite frustrating. Well worth it in the end though!

Wish we had number plates at least for the first 1K in the US.

Can we tell by the VIN somehow?

idk, the last 6 digits will show a build number, but I'm not sure if the FRS and BRZ have the same VIN sequence or not

The vin is the same. There's a character that decides whether it's a BRZ or an FRS.

I'm #635!

I am curious what type of monthly sales Subaru would need for this car to justify long term improvements and continued updates. 271 is not alot of cars although the limited allocation probably have alot to do with it.

Was it 6,000 in the U.S. alone or 6,000 world-wide in the first year?

What I get from this: SCCA will have to give us a class by mid-August.

It didn't go on sale until the middle of the month, and at that only half the country got them in May. The monthly allocation was stated to be around 500 so I'm guessing in June we'll see around 500 sold (or more if they front loaded the allocation).

Also, I thought this was pretty awesome, Scion sales chart shows 86 FR-S's sold in May

Yep that was cool. But did anybody notice the LFA figures?

Have they really only sold 22 Lexus LFA in all of 2012??
