Ok so apparently I have no clue what I'm talking about hahaha
We're staying at the Niagra falls, no Montreal. Idk why I thought the falls were in Mtl.

A few ramen shop within the GTA Toronto.

http://www.sansotei.com/
http://kintonramen.com/
http://momofuku.com/
http://zakkushi.com/raijin/

Try them all out if you have time for it. Toronto is one of the best place for variety of food culture.

Ramen?

Ryoji - they aren't a dedicated ramen joint but they have good ramen.

Will definitely check out La Banquise, I'll be getting there after midnight so that's perfect that it's open 24hrs.
Schwartz sound good for lunch before we leave for wonderland lol.

That Korean Bbq place sounds amazing, I've been looking for one around here for a while.

I'm not a big fan of pho but if you can recommend any good ramen places I love me some tasty pork ramen.

I'm not staying in Toronto but rather a couple miles from Wonderland, we are planning on going into Toronto that night though so I will make sure to check out some of those places. I'll be sure to steer clear of that circled area, last thing I want is something to happen to the berz in canadaland.

How are the vape shops up there? I'm still contemplating bringing my vape and some juice to use while I'm there or just getting a cheap setup once I cross the border.

Thanks again for all the tips and places to go! Can't wait to get on the road.
Oh Geul Boh Geul is the best Korean restaurant I've ever been to:

http://www.yelp.ca/biz/oh-geul-boh-g...ant-north-york

That Korean Grill place on Queen St. is more of a Chinese/Hong Kong style Korean BBQ it's not authentic.

The best authentic ramen places are downtown:

http://zakkushi.com/raijin/
http://ryojitoronto.com/
http://www.santouka.co.jp/en/shoplist/index.html
http://www.sansotei.com/
http://www.ryusnoodlebar.com/

I wouldn't try the other ramen places they are usually rubbish imho even if you see a line-up outside. Momofuku is complete BS, Kenzo and Kinton suck too.

A good Chinese hotpot place is this (the other ones have either closed down or changed hands so not as good):

Kinton used to be good - I went there during their first month and it was great. It's gone downhill a LOT sadly. Their pork belly was barely scorched when I ordered it back in May. Momofuku is just a name brand sadly - I love David Chang but the TO restaurant isn't that great.

Sansotei has stepped up their game considerably from what I hear. I was there in November and it was very good. On their opening year, their noodles apparently were quite bad. It was great when I went.

Oh and if you decide to go on the Maid of the Mist ride at the falls, GET FLIP FLOPS.

If you can't get flip flops, buy a poncho ahead of time (or get fleeced there and get the poncho), take your shoes and socks off when you get on the boat and protect them with the poncho / bag and wait.

Your shoes and socks will thank me later. I took a bunch of corporate guests out there and while they followed my advice, I was too late and had to deal with squishy pedals all the way back home.

***Also, my recommendation, once you get near the core of downtown Toronto , i recommend to stay on the west side of young. The east side gets very sketchy fast and has a lot of mental ill people or just homeless people or druggies etc cause they have those special services for them there.

Plus, if you like korean food, there is a lot of korean places in north york between young/finch and young/sheppard

By the way, let me know if you need another other food help, i know a good cheap chinese place that is clean and yummy in richmond hill. And let me know if you need recommendations with parking in Toronto because i can let you know where the cheap parking is unless your leaving the car at the hotel and walking.

Oh, one more recommendation, in downtown Toronto there is this place called Korean BBQ, super good! They have decent prices during the day for all you can eat, however they have this thing called "Night Owl" special which starts from 11 or 11:30pm and it's super cheap...like $10-11 all you can eat. Very good place also. Maybe after wonderland you can go there to eat if you will head back to downtown toronto.

Stop you're making me hungry and you wouldn't like me when I'm hungry, wish we had some of these types of places in Ottawa(most suck real hard) but i'm in QC so I have tons of poutine as a consolation prize.

OP definitely stop in Montreal for Poutine, and just ask around when you are there, people will direct you to a good spot to get some good poutine(that's how I find hidden gems in cities)

Not speaking on Toronto specifically, but there's tons of great shops all over. You might as well bring yours. Not like it takes up a whole lot of space.

Credit given. Avoid east of Yonge St. Unless you wanna see... "The Village" (gay pride area) save u the time, stag shops rainbows and bars lol

What's the issue with the gay pride area? How can you be homophobic at this point in time?

Drive from mtl straight to wonderland. Youre gonna be soooo tired. Make sure you check if wonderland is still opened during the weekday. I remember going in october last year during the weekday and it was closed :'(

In MTL:

Make sure you check out the park beside la banquise. Its a very chill park. People just lounging around while random street bands play music. I believe its called La fountaine?

Old montreal. Don't drive in that area. Park somewhere close and walk along the cobble stone. Roads are horrible.

Don't bother going to the biodome unless you wanna look at depressed animals.

In Toronto:

If you can, grab some jays tickets. The crowds are always hyped at every jays game right now.
Same with the leafs. Its only pre-season right now but leaf games are always fun.

Park at the eaton centre. $10 after 6:30pm, pretty secure, no speed bumps and its walking distance to all the major attractions downtown.

Go to city hall and take a picture infront of the new TORONTO sign.

Harborfront is a nice place to walk along and you can chill around the artificial beaches.

If you have time, go to forks of the credits. Its about a 40 min drive from Toronto but worth the drive on a nice day. Nice roads for driving and theres a place to go hiking as well.

Lol I am definitely not homophobic at all, I was just mentioning the area as the village,it is kinda a tourist destination. No intention for any type of hate there, sorry for any misconceptions lol.

Area is also horrible for pot holes as well. (drive through it daily)
