Trade your car in for a BRZ then do a front end conversion. You will save yourself a lot of time and money going this route.

That or try to get real lucky and find a monogram FR-S out there on the market and trade in your current FR-S for that.

As I said, no where anywhere near had any available. There is a guy on eBay who sells broken down BRZ's and sells the parts for not a bad price.

As far as shift knob/boot, that was a mistake. I meant to say parking brake handle and boot.

What about the seats? Do the tear-down to just cushions and/or coverings, to maybe just swap that out?

The gauge cluster isn't a huge deal, the eBay seller said it would work but need reprogramming at a dealer.

If I can't do the seats, I'll just get the SARD covers. The only things I really want are the Subaru parking brake boot and handle, and gauge cluster.

(Sorry for such a late response, didn't get any notifications until now)

EDIT: It seams that the wiring/harness for the gauge cluster is the same, and they're on sale for around $200-$250 on eBay. So that's not a bad price.

As for the seats, I think I'm better off getting the SARD Covers in the ends, as previously mentioned.

This is the part I'm looking to get from the BRZ for the parking brake, or rather two parts...

Climate control I'll probably skip, honestly. If I could do it, and make it work, for under $300 I'd consider it.

As for the dash cover, I think I'll just buy the flat black ones that are "Toyota OEM" on ft86speedfactory.

EDIT #2:
I was un-aware the Monogram series used the same climate control/AC panel as the BRZ. Does this mean it'll work in the regular FR-S?

EDIT #3 (LOL):
Doing further research over the past few hours, it's definitely more work than it's worth and I'll just live with what the FR-S has for climate control.

Still leaves me wondering about the dash panel, parking brake & boot.
