What is this? Found under hood
 Opened hood last night just to check for anything strange, found this piece laying over my driver side strut tower. Can't remember if this is a factory stick for one of the fluids, or if it might have been left in by a service tech (had in to Subaru for oil/rotation a couple weeks ago, haven't looked under hood since) Says 'Level Gauge', '>PE-LD<' then further down there is an indicator for 'Normal' and 'Low'. I feel like I saw this in use somewhere in the car previously. Thanks budskis!
