Original IS300: ~3,300 lbs, NA 2JZ ~215hp, ~218 ft-lbs, 5 speed MT available, LSD optional, fully defeatable traction control, double wishbone suspension on all four corners, can be found easily for under $10k used right now.

Toyota knocking it outta the park again.

Those ISF's look great. There's a guy rolling around my area with one that's slightly modded and it's gorgeous!

There's one for sale near me with 80k miles for 31k. I dont think it's a bad price at all. Was going to go look at it but the lady didn't want a gas guzzling car :/

The terrible gas mileage though.... I love the way it drives, but it's just so damn thirsty (without the power to match the thirst)...

Maybe it's no sleeper drag car, but the one I drove made it's ~60 ft-lb advantage over my FRS readily apparent even with an AT and it being in awful condition.

~20 mpg is livable imo, and I want to get one on track for about $7k for a laugh, seems like a bargain to me. I know I won't be setting any records or even chasing down 86's but seems like a little sleeper to me with awesome suspension, bulletproof drivetrain and interior that's still a step or two or three up from my FRS.

Nice - if I needed to switch to a 4-door sedan that'd double as a RWD track car, I'd consider the IS300, along with an E36 M3 sedan. Both seem to be great deals in the used market and should be quite fun on the track. And then you can haul your family around in late 90s luxury (i.e. still better than the Twins interior lol)

Because its beautiful! Most people who are not spoiled by a twin will see the IsF and any vehicle as better than ours.

Turbo+bov is250 for fun sounds amazing! Instead im saving for a s2k then ill turbo or sc it.
