Used probably because the only new kit that is in my price range is the soeed by design one which im leaning pretty heavy towards unless i get a good deal ... that last person who offered a decent deal i believe ended being a scam unfortunately

The SBD kit is 1 of the better kits regardless of price. It's a very well thought out kit. The kit is only cheap because the turbo itself is a journal bearing oil cooled old design. However, it does not detract from the kit itself. Mine will be here Thursday and I absolutely cannot wait.
