What is the recommendation for maintenance? Here is my Plan

Picking the car up in less than 12 hours.

By Tuesday morning it will have around 1000 Miles (if not more, but will take it easy and follow break in procedures) and will be dropped off to the shop for product development. Before product development starts, a Dyno will take place on Dyno Dynamics Dynometer. Should I change the oil before or after the dyno ? Should I Change the oil at all? Just trying to do whats best for the car.

Also what type of oil (weight) and brand is everyone using?

Bill, is there any particular reason you chose to only go with a 245 tire considering the allowance for 2WD in STX is 265?

Anyway, car looks great! Cant wait to see it run next month in Toledo!

Makes sense. Hopefully with the news at the end of this month, it looks like you can probably be less safe on your next set of tires ordered with a small spacer.

We met briefly by SMART TOYOTA when you were showing off your ride. We had just test driven the FRS (I have a BRZ on order). My wife didn't believe me that they were basically the same car. She said your white was sooo much nicer looking. She thought it was 10k more (granted she isn't into cars - but still).

I'm very anxious to read your impressions of the car and to see more pics. Those in WI without a car will need to live through your posts for a while.

I stopped by the Quaker on Saturday - I was in the white vette - didn't stay long but it looked like fun.
