Say I just never returned the old faded rod ends. Are you personally warrantying them back to the vendor or just throwing them away? The reason for asking is because I am wondering if I can "donate" the $15 bucks you were going to refund me to Velox. You are constantly making great parts for our platform. Its the least I could do.

What type of data are you looking for?

They are going in the trash or in a box to remind me not to trust that manufacturer, ever. I have another 100 units still in bags that I can't use.

How was install of these units?

It was cake. Took about 15 minutes and I was dilly dallying.

You can count my new rod end deposit as yours as a thank you for your products.

Nothing specific, just curious if there have been any concerns using at higher speeds, guessing with the race setup that it shouldnt be an issue.

I know without the race upgrade someone posted that the lip ripped off at high speed, just want to make sure the race upgrade kit allows high speeds of 120+

No issues. We have multiple customers who use there splitters on track with speeds at or over 120, including FT-86 Speedfactory's time attack car, with no issue once you add the race upgrade.

Yeahhh, I received mine yesterday with the red rod ends too unfortunately, no big deal though.

PM'd

They must have had old race units still in stock and sent them out. I'll discuss this with them, but for now just PM me and I'll get the new units out to those with the red units.

These are easily replaceable after initial install. Please don't let this stop you from installing the units.

Convinced a rather large local friend to stand on my car's splitter at 86 Fest this past weekend. The *only* reason we do not recommend this is because it's a sense-less test that isn't indicative of air pressure, but the design can definitely hold up plenty of weight. He said he weighs in at around 230-235.

Some may notice another add on we are testing . Coming soon.

Unlikely, but it may. This unit bolts to the underside of the bumper which it looks like the STI lip sits there as well.

Thanks,
