Most aftermarket catted front pipes usually are high flow. Unless you're going back to stock you shouldn't have to worry about it.

I had a catted Invidia downpipe on my Subaru and had no complaints, however it's much more expensive
I'm also shopping for these, but not sure which one i will pick haha...maybe Private Label or Motiv because of the price. I want Invida, but that price scares me haha
