Comments added on 09/15/2015:
Had a 2:00 pm appointment today with Bill at Delicious Tuning. He was able to identify the problem. For some reason Bill thought that the Flex Fuel kit was a Delicious Tuning Fuel Kit. DT Flex Fuel kit uses the rear O2 sensor. My FF kit works by wire tapping the white/blue wire on the ECA harness. As soon as Bill realize that was the problem he changed the flex fuel tune to utilized the signal coming from white/blue wire on the ECA. Eureka!!! No more problems. It was a quick fix. It took less than 30 minutes. After Bill re-flashed the ECU, I test drove the car on pump and on flex fuel (E55). It was smooth and powerful. I can't confirm if I still have a lean condition but by the way the car is performing I'm optimistic that the car does not have a lean condition. Drove the car over 2 hours from Escondido to Encino, CA, did a couple of WOT and did not find any problems. Nice job Bill!!!

I guess I forgot to grab the printout at 362, otherwise I'd post it. I literally arrived and within 15 minutes hopped onto the dyno, so it was definitely heat soaked, nevermind the hot and humid day. The JR oil cooler and vented hood should help with that next time though, and maybe it will be higher with those and an Ace type-B header and 150 front pipe. A few folks seemed to hear an exhaust leak somewhere on my Gruppe-S and it wasn't the first time, (that was when I was first tuned) but I haven't had the time to figure out whether its a crack or just not mated up properly yet. Should have new numbers again soon, again thanks to @Jackson Racing their products and support for customers and the FR-S/BRZ community at large are top notch

Thanks, that's some solid torque there sir! Probably feels nice on the road. I'm sure you'll get your heat soak handled easily if you keep at it. Interesting setup. I added you to the spreadsheet.

I knew I shoulda waited till the very end (or at least tried). Do you remember what your numbers were? Would be great to fill in the blanks above for you on the sheet. I grabbed your power mods from your build thread. Great thread btw.

I only heard it was 362, which was close to what I originally made. I actually didn't look myself, there were plenty of other people around and due to the weather and other factors with my build I thought it was fine. One of the Jacksons might have it though. Thanks for the compliments!

Sorry for the delay in posting these. I might have missed one or two guys and hopefully i didn't mix up some people's dynos (let me know if i did so that i can fix it)

I think on one or two I might have taken a picture of your torque/AFR instead of your torque/hp so I apologize but you know what you got

***fyi i didn't even bother editing any of these. it was already a nightmare trying to sort them...lol

Now that's a hell of a lot of work. Huge thanks man!

p.s. Can you un-private the first vid? I'd love to hear my car on the same mic as the rest. Incredible job!

You're welcome! not sure why but that video was the only one set to private but I changed it so it's good to go.
