There is actually a good blog post on that same site Steve posted answering this exact question. It's a must for a lot of track guys and drifters so the car is 100% capable. You can read that here: http://www.beastronix.com/electronic...e-pedal-dance/

The manual pedal dance can be done with the following steps...
  1. Start the car and let it warm up completely
  2. Turn the car off
  3. Turn the car back on and do the rest of the steps within 30 seconds
  4. Press brake 3 times hold on last
  5. Pull e-brake 3 time and hold up on the last
  6. Press brake 3 times hold on last
  7. Pull e-brake 3 times hold on last
  8. Press brake pedal twice

If you did the pedal dance correctly you'll get the same 2 traction lights that you get with the 3 second hold.

Correct. And make sure it's not 3.3k ohm. Quite a few people made that error when buying resisters. You can find them at certain electronic stores, or do like me, and I buy a pack of 10 for like $5 on Amazon.

Bring this thread back from the dead. I recently put a passenger seat fixed back seat in. Removed the occupancy sensor out of the oem seat and transferred everything over.

I folded the sensor up in hopes of making it set so it thinks someone is always in the seat. I have the resistor in the airbag plug and everything plugged in. When the seat belt is unbuckled it says airbag off and triggers the airbag light on the gauge cluster.

When I have the seat belt buckled it still says airbag off on the passenger side and the airbag light stays off on the gauge cluster.

Anyone run in to this issue?
