You know bud, give Raul a call at the shop for a quote. I myself purchased the lip and had him apply it so the prices may vary. Ok so some suggestions: the other side of ding tai fung, where tea bar is. I'm quite close with the owner of tea bar and can ask about it if need be.
Someone already mentioned half and half lot, also called howls plaza. Only problem is that's in San marino, cops there are worse than arcadia.
There is AU on san gabriel and valley. Very big lot and management is really lax there, lots of super cars from rich chinese people show up there and rev all the time. No one got a ticket yet or kicked out yet.
Bowling alley parking lot of lower azusa and arden. Another huge lot.
Ten ren parking lot in alhambra (where i met you guys the first time). Right of Las tunas/main. Right across from the Nissan dealership.

Wow I totally forgot about that corner there! Yes that place is good as I used to go there for the two years when I taught at the high school next to it. As long as it's not Friday afternoon before 6pm it's fine (due to high school kids).

Viewed the parking lot for Ten ren on google maps, that lot is pretty small. There has to been enough room where we don't end up forcing customers out.
