What gas?

so the gas station closest to me just got two ethanol free gas but its graded at 89. so the question is from both a performance, and engine maintenance view point, which gas is better? the ethanol free at 89 octane or the 93 octane?

Stick with 93. Just be happy you have 93 octane. We're stuck with 91.

Higher octane does not make gas better just different so as "good" as possible really isn't accurate.

Hey look on the bright side. At least there were not 20 posts saying to search the 100 existing threads on the topic or 50 replies saying to read the manual that is very clear that 93 is recommended and a minimum of 91 is required.
If diesel is the worst thing said you got off lucky I would say.
