Hey guys, I have been reading through this thread a bit and I was just wondering what the difference between the 335 and 210 supercharger is other than the 335 being 1.5L? I am leaning towards this supercharger but I would like to know the difference first. Thanks!

No difference other than it being bigger (pushes more air) and there's a good chance you'll bend a rod or something on anything other than E85 with stock internals.

If you're stock with pump gas (not E85) go with 210

We could run a larger pulley if not using e85 or not using it all the time as far as I know to keep the psi down until forged internals can be added. I'm not sure what size pulleys would be good for stock vs built however. @moto-mike may have answers since he's testing them. It would be nice to see a spread sheet with different pulley sizes with 91/92 octane and a column with e85 with colors on which is safe for stock internals with standard clutch, which pulley is safe with standard engine internals with upgraded clutch, fuel pump, injectors, and what pulley for build engine with previous additions.

Honestly, don't expect to much heat to be removed with a vented hood. I have this Seibon hood and it cools quicker than stock but temps are still close to the same near the rear of the charger as stock when running.

My theory is that the vents need to be further back to allow hot air to escape

I will wait for more information before I decide to order the JB PERFORMANCE SUPERCHARGER OIL WITH TRIBODYN. I would love to run lower temps on the supercharger and get more HP.

I had 254 at the hubs with my 210. 335 install is almost done so I'll post up some figures in here once we've run the new engine in and done the full map

Hey smudge. Nice to see you again. Man how much did it cost to you to upgrade to 335 and how about the internals? Who is making it for you? What did you do with your 210?

Upgrade to the 335 wasn't too bad, I sold the 210 kit for a decent amount so the difference was only just over £1,000

The internals and all the work was a bit more, Abbey are currently building it for me and hope to get it back next week
