Anyone find a child seat that fits?

I just picked up my BRZ yesterday. (woohoo!) Today I'm shopping for a "combination harness to booster" seat for my 3 year old. Will be another 8 months before I can put him in just a booster.

Back seat is small - but also narrow. Since its not a flat "seats 3" across the back, I'm limited to what will fit within the rear "bucket".

Has anyone shopped for a car seat yet? Many are only available online which makes test fitting or measuring in person impossible before buying.

Thanks!

Not a seat, but booster with fixed latches (won't fly around): [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004I5BU70/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00"]Amazon.com: Clek Ozzi Portable Booster Car Seat, Licorice: Baby[/ame]

Fits perfectly, and matches the interior color.

Cool - I still need a harness until he's 4 - but after than a booster alone with car belts would be fine.

Yes, I use this booster for our 6 yo, but its certified from 2 yo I think (check kids height, weight). I still need to find car seat for the 1.5 yo.

Looking at this one, but don't know if it will fit as good as booster did:

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Diono-RadianR100-Convertible-Seat-Stone/dp/B005MQR794/ref=sr_1_1?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1338662356&sr=1-1"]Amazon.com: Diono RadianR100 Convertible Car Seat, Stone: Baby[/ame]

I think this is one of the lightest\narrow seats on the market.

Also looking at Clek Oobr and Foonf 2012 models:

http://clekinc.com/oobr/

http://clekinc.com/foonf/

Reminds me of Apple products

Love their Drift color

If you are looking for a seat for just driving around town that will fit up to 60 lbs you can't go wrong with the Cosco Scenera. It's rated a best buy by consumer reports, is affordable at only $60, and best of all, it fits!

I picked up my BRZ yesterday and I took my three year old for a ride in the Scenera. Again, not the most comfortable seat, as he much prefers his Britax Boulevard, but for a quick ride it does the trick. Here's a link:

I'll probably have a Maxi Cosi Pearl by the time the BRZ arrives. A bit small for your purposes but will see how it fits with the Isofix base. That should last us until she gets to 3.5, then I'll look into the Recaro seat.

There is a pic somewhere in the forum for the rear-facing seat. It fits, but the passenger seat has to be ALL the WAY forward, no one can sit in that seat.

I have a Britax Marathon 70 Convertible seat back there, fits very nicely. The base is tall and it fits in to the bucket of the rear seat perfectly.

That's good news. I have the same Recaro seat as pictured (same color too).
