I talked to Piper Cams a bit they have a few options.
Additionally with the oiling I am waiting to see an update from @Element Tuning on the Riemax pump gears.

I would only use Carillo. They are the only rods with the saw tooth cap engagement face. Because of the offset angle the faces will walk, even if they're dowelled.

Now the manufacturing process of the oem rods makes perfect sense. I've been killing myself wondering how they could get away with such asymmetry.
