You know I always knew those were there but never once thought to point them out. Much easier than linking all the relevant threads.

If you're used to driving in Hawaii, this car is going to be terrifying in the snow. I drive mine in Connecticut in the winter as long as there is less than an inch of snow on the road. Anything more than that, I won't drive it. That's with snow tires, too. It's not a good winter car at all, despite what a lot of people here tell themselves. Get a cheap car with all wheel drive if you need to.

I passed many an AWD stuck in the snow or struggling to move in mine last winter and plan to do the exact same for the next 3.

P.S. I am by no means recommending to go out driving in the snow with the crappy stock tires. Last edited by STV3; 08-31-2015 at 10:26 AM. |

To save time:
"Driving in the winter is fun in these cars! Get snow tires!" "These cars are not meant for snow and are dangerous!" "You're wrong!" "I couldn't drive it in summer tires, so this car is bad in snow." "You're wrong!" "I couldn't drive it in winter tires, so this car is bad in snow." "But I could and it was great!" And scene. |
