No, its more steady state turning I feel like it is slightly understeering. I'll tighten up the rear swayer and see how that goes. Thanks for the info.

I'm running 0 toe all around, it's still stable as a rock on the highway, even on very bad roads. (honestly I can't believe how stable this car is. The guy that did my suspension setup thought I was nuts when I requested it.)

If you can get some more camber in the front, it would help. Even as far as 3.0 degrees would probably do you well. But you've likely already maxed out your camber bolts...?

In the mean time I'd just adjust the sway bars to get what you want, but when it comes time for another alignment get the setting changed and then re-adjust the sway bars.

Haven't come close to maxing out camber yet. Have camber plates in the front and SPL LCA's in the rear. I definitely need more camber in the rear just looking at the tire wear when I rotated my tires. I'm going to to need to get some new end links though. I don't think the stock one will make it if I tighten up the sway bar.

Hi guys, I'm looking to get lowering springs for my 2015 FR-S. The car is my daily driver and I find that the stock suspension is excellent in terms of both ride quality and handling on the road. That being said, I also take the car to the track and plan to do autocross as well and when I'm really pushing the car around corners (especially on right turns) I tend to oversteer.

I'm currently running Continental Extremecontact DW's in 215/45/17 on stock wheels. I also have a splitter, wing and side skirts for aero. I'm looking for a set of springs that are stiffer than stock but will work well with the stock dampers, while also reducing body roll and oversteer, with minimal drop in ride height to avoid clearance issues. What are my best options?

Personally I'd suggest the STI Pink springs, or the TRD Japan (not TRD USA) springs, they give minimal drop but do firm up the ride and match well with the stock dampers, also match well with the Bilstein B6.

I'd be tempted to go STI pinks for your stated needs - or the RCE Yellows may be exactly what you need (Here in Australia time and cost were a concern for me on the Yellows), but I have been super happy with the STIs for daily and track (Regularity, Sprints, Motorkhana and the occasional drift) and have had them on for 2 years.

I tried to search but i didn't search enough. Ill be honest, I got lazy searching. But..

How do you guys have your rear trailing arm set? Stock length or shorter? With my lack of normal driving experience, I want to know how you guys set up the trailing arm.

Hi,

I have the Tein Flex Z coilovers coming in, and my question is do I need any other mods to dial in the alignment? I'm looking for a 1'' drop, 1.2'' at most. I have 18x9.5 et40 wheels, and the car is only street driven. Will I need aftermarket LCA's to even out the camber in the rear? Or will the drop add too much camber? If I need LCA's, will I also need more adjustment for toe?
Thank you!

I had H&R blue super sport springs. Really liked them.

Stock toe arms will be fine, LCA will make it easy to get the alignment you want but may not be required.

so without the LCA I have no method of adjusting the camber other than ride height? Would the whiteline rear camber kit help dial in that in side to side? Thank you!

Correct. The camber kit works, but everyone I've read using it have wished they'd done LCA. Major PITA to use. You may spend the difference in labor costs

As one who had the whiteline camber kit and now have SPL LCA's, get the LCA's. Worth every single penny. I can't speak to other brands but min are super easy to adjust on the car.
