I think you can do most work on this car faster than most mechanics at this point...

Just skimming through the instructions, I can tell you, a lot of people will be happy with how little labor they will have to pay their installer. Really, the manifold comes off in about 10 mins even on a hot car.

Give someone a great option with room for growth and a complete kit with a low pricetag.... always going to be someone complaining.

I've seen postings on Facebook that this kit is a rip off and should cost no more than $2,500. Made me giggle, and I suggested his tin foil hat was too tight. Maybe the EBay turbo kits would work for those types of people.

The phantom ESC is around that price, but no way you're getting close to 300 whp out of it.

It's a hell of a lot less of a joke than I thought it would be. That's not to say I'm about to buy one, though.

I have read all the threads..... I would never consider that a viable option.

Unfortunately, so many people just add up the unit costs, and are vehemently unwilling to consider development costs, the market value of expertise and (heaven forfend) that the companies might want to make some profit!

By that guys logic, JRSC is probably worth under 1.5k and echarger at less than 800.

Edit: Harrop tuner kit is listed at $6,688. Ouch. Looks like I'm back between Jackson and Edlebrock
