Nowhere, did I claim 270whp. Our Rotrex BRZ pulls on our 15 WRX.
I'm curious what other mods have been done to the CSG Brz other than the JRSC? Pump Gas or E85? Dyno numbers?

Regardless the JSRC looks to be a hell of a setup for everything in mind. The E-Force SC from Edelbrock seems very promising but so far the JRSC seems to be proven in all settings.

I unfortunately cannot disclose details, yet, at this time, other than that we have a JRSC, Ace header, flex fuel, and tune, on a stock engine.

We did, however, need this, which just came in.

You can do both!

If you want to spectate, just show up, and pay the $10 gate fee, which is charged for every person entering the facility. If you want to drive, sign up for the beginner group at www.speedventures.com for the Sept 19th event.

Drivers are friendly, and be sure to introduce yourself to everyone and ask for rides!

Understandably so. Though I have some inkling of what it might be. Can't wait for the testing to be done

Are you going to be going to the topak racing event in October? I know 86 cup people are gonna be participating.

The very video you posted, states the mods on that C5Z. I'm starting to think you're more keyboard warrior than actual experience; if you owned a C5Z, you would recognize the sound of the car you posted.
wut? seriously?
I sure remember how my C5Z sounded like..

I know, 100%, Rotrex'd FRS/BRZs can hang with and pull on bolt-on evos.

You're a Kraftwerks guy. Maybe you should upgrade to a C38
Mike, c'mon now.. are you playing dumb or what? in the Post#16 you're original claim was :

Quote:
A CARB JRSC will walk:

- Stock EVO
- Stock 350Z/370z
- Stock WRX/STI
- Stock Focus ST

It is about even with:

- bolted EVO on pump
- Flashed/bolted 370z
- fully bolted STI on pump
- Fully bolted ST
- E9x M3
that's when I raised the because I know for the fact Carb legal car only makes around 260-270 whp (just like in the OP) there is no way it can hang with a 2015 WRX..all our assumptions and your assumptions were based on that, you know it since when a C38 series Rotrex kit is CARB Certified?

OTOH, I think C38 is a very bad idea, each his own of course

You keep mixing a lot of information, and mixing it to your advantage. I only bring in outside points to refute your asinine claims.

Why wouldn't a 260-270whp BRZ/FRS walk a 250whp 2015 WRX? I mean, seriously. The WRX is making less power, has smaller AUC, and weighs more, with a larger CdA. It doesn't get much more conclusive than that, except actually doing it yourself.

JRSC BRZ for sure will be faster than a stock WRX, but you also said it pulled on your WRX with turboback and e85. Not sure I buy that.

I owned/modified/tracked Evo X Gsr so I can compare them ..so no" it's not about even with a bolt on Evo" , not even close ..already proved that by showing the dyno graphs ,

So at this point I have nothing else to say I think people prefer reassuring lies to the inconvenient truth you can believe whatever makes you feel better

I am so confused what the hell everyone is on about. If my supercharged celica making about 260 on a mustang can hang with an sti how will the carb frs not pull on even a e85 wrx? Is the weight difference just not that big between the two?

WRX is ~3380 or something like that.
Not sure which celica model you have but I know they're fairly light.

Edit: weights
