100 pieces for $45, not complaining, very similar to the Password JDM dress up kits

Awesome find... I ordered myself a set as well...

Thanks for posting your pics... I had been looking around for something like this but the options I had come across were ridiculously priced... not that this price is a steal but definitely more doable than the other options.

FYI... Use coupon code summerspecial
for 10% off your order. Oh... free shipping is included.

I have the password Jdm ones but I like the look of no logos. I might just have to buy this kit.

buddy of mine has the password JDM one, nice kit, he got a small 20 piece kit for free

cleaned up nice, but for the price tag for a full kit was crazy

this kit is the same quality feel and look as the JDM kit IMO

Be sure to include color washer selection in comments box and we'll take care of the rest"

Going to replace the oem grill by this. Trying to find a way to mount it.

I am thinking to use zip tie & mounting base, as well as some epoxy to reinforce.

I realize that this grill mesh is kinda hard to bend, and this might be the biggest issue I am going to face because it will be hard to make it line up the curve of the bumper.

Any one has suggestion please let me know. Thanks, hah.

my thoughts on creating the bend is this.
using cardboard, replicate the curves for the top and bottom of the opening. now trace that onto a thick pieces of plywood and cut the curves with a jigsaw. you will need to sand and refine the cut curves. now using 2x4's attach the two pieces of plywood so that they are secured to each other rigidly and replicate the opening on the car. once that's done, use screws and mount the grill to the center of your form and using screws work towards the outsides until it is completely screwed to the curves in the plywood. if that does not give you enough curve in the metal you will need to remount it and lightly work it with a rubber mallet to get the metal to more conform to the shape.
not sure this is the best solution, but it should work.

Sounds like a solution. I will try it. Thank you for your suggestion.

I think I will definitely be able to mount the grill on my bumper, the problem is how "fit" it going to be. If it looks mess up, I might just change it back to the factory one. hah.

seems like this might be another solution: to cut the grill apart so it will be easier to bend it

I found out my HKS induction scoop isn't compatible with the Takeda, Bugger, I may modify it & make it work Kiwi style :-)

Gotta say they have made a significant difference to performance, the traction control comes on more :-)

that sucks I was planning on buying one. Did your hks scoop ever give you any check engine lights ?

No Engine check lights, but I only drove it like 10 miles with it on, from Work to Home then back again.

The HKS scoop did made a small difference with the factory air box & panel filter, putting an aftermarket panel in would have helped the factory set up.

I may pull the front back off my GT 86 & see about making the HKS scoop work with the Takeda tomorrow.
