Buy fake plate to get out of speeding tickets? No problem
Buy knockoff parts and put it on your car? Worse than Hitler Lets say best cause scenario happens and the cop decides to factor in your license plate frame when deciding to issue a ticket or not. What happens if he asks for your license, proof of insurance, and 11-99 membership card? I imagine it would go down like those youtube videos of vets calling out people pretending to have served. Why not just make a handi-cap placard and get free/convenient parking? Why not buy some cough syrup and make meth? Rob a bank? In conclusion, this may or may not turn you into a super-villain. Or batman. Your move.
