Out of curiosity (or ignorance ....
 ) what is the V belt driving .... ?? What is driving it ….. ?? Does it have a idler pulley ... ?? humfrz |

Is the super charger out of alignment with the rest of the pulleys on the drive system? as in that pulley sticking out further?

I use Gates belts.
  But, I don't think that's your problem. |

Driving it is the Toyota Gt86 and it does have a pulley, you can see it as member fastbrew posted.

I have checked with HKS their V belt maximum size is 6k2075 & Gates have the sizes 2127 or 2140 for the 2mm width belts.
What do you think about the company Bando? [ame="http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dautomotive&field-keywords=6PK2135"]Amazon.com: 6PK2135: Automotive[/ame] I would invest more towards the cooling part of my engine but the weird thing is my engine temperature is always moderate even when i give the car a bit of throttle but when i open the front hood it is very hot, even after leaving the car for 2 hrs; the supercharger, belt and pipes are still hot. Im confused :|, |
