Noise started to develop around 4 weeks after the installation.
for 2 weeks sound gradually became louder and I am Concerned.
Checked clamps and hoses for leaks everything is good.
Checked Rotrex oil reservoir and oil levels are good. Followed priming instructions during installation.
No CEL
Any Help? Bad bypass valve? or bad Rotrex.
Here is one video i have several more taken on other days.
This is very upsetting to see happening.

Was your kit professionally installed or installed at home? It sounds like the supercharger may have been starved of fluid.

I was aware of that could happen so i have been keeping a close eye on the charger oil levels and they have not changed. It was installed in my garage with a mechanic with experience installing Rotrex kits. I personally have some experience working in a mechanic shop in Seattle too when i was younger.

I hope this does not lead to some sort of debate or worst case denial of warranty due to not having it installed at a shop.

Maybe it's because you are missing half a hose clamp?
I bet it's the whistle due to a vacuum/boost leak at the open coupler.

Your timeline as far as install -> noise developed sounds pretty similar to mine but your noise sounds a lot worse than mine.

You think half a hose clamp is just chilling on top of the coupler?
Looks like the overlap of the band to me.

My suspicion is not that the lines are kinked, but that the supercharger may not have been primed correctly on the initial install, which lead to a momentary starvation upon initial startup.

At this point, you'd need to contact your original vendor for a warranty claim, if that's the route you'd like to go. If they are unable to do anything, or are unwilling to assist themselves, then PM me your Rotrex serial number, and we can discuss how to proceed.

All clamps have been already checked for leaks. At first it just sounded like a wind whistle some what similar to what you would get from an aftermarket intake whistle. I also dont feel any power loss i would get form boost leak.

The noise is only present around 900 to 1000 rpm. once you get over 1000 rpm the whistle goes away. but the whine im not too sure it seems the whine got louder in the past couple days. The whistle has been developed over 2 weeks.

I understand that could be the first question to ask. Although I don't understand how i could have done it wrong. Followed directions carefully. Made sure to unscrew the IN banjo bolt a little to let air and oil seep out. Blew air through the reservoir until i saw blue oil leaking out the banjo and tightened it to torque spec. Made sure the oil levels NEVER dropped low and checked the oil levels after letting the car idle to make sure of proper oil circulation. I also did check inside the reservoir to see if there is actually oil flowing and it was flowing.

Due to the fact of understanding the importance of the priming stage during installation, I kept myself paranoid checking oil levels and checking for leaks every opportunity i had. Even after the installation i managed to check the system before/after drives and during gas fill-ups.

Just went out side to double check the lines to see if there were any kinks or awkward bends that could cause restriction and couldn't find any. The oil was flowing well through the reservoir.

Its not missing. Its there. half is covered under the shadow making it seem like the clamp is only half way there.
