Males or females, it doesn't matter who makes the comments. As long as I see a smile on their faces, I'm a happy camper.

Funny observation after 2 months of ownership. Whenever I putter around in lower end neighborhoods, I get some attention from females but that's it. When I putter around higher end neighborhoods, I get stares from some dudes but lots of females. They are usually walking down the street or driving some luxury vehicle.
Considering that your mother is probably 10 to 12 years younger than me we can safely rule out older brother.
There are "higher end" neighbour hoods in Seattle? Last time I was there was 1973 but I don't recall seeing any such thing.

Yes, many high end neighborhoods. Lots of money with companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing etc based in or near Seattle.

Bellevue and Mercer Island are the first places to come to mind when I think of high-end Washington Neighborhoods.

Especially Mercer Island. I took the car to do the Mercer Island Loop (http://www.motorcycleroads.com/75/63...land-Loop.html) and got so many stares from Mercedes owners. At one point, it got pretty awkward because a driver stopped in the middle of an intersection just to stare at the car.

^lol, I got plenty of stares to when I used to visit a couple of friends who lived on that island as well... Apparently a slammed s13 is a rarity around those parts.

I've never done the loop though, gonna have to give it a go the next time I travel up there again.

Breaking necks everywhere I go. There is about 2 or 3 BRZs in my city. I happen to be one of them. Pretty cool!

First reaction after parking car, other than the occasional acknowledgement of a fellow twin or wrx passing on the street:

Onlooker: Ayy...mah man...what kinda car is that?
Me: What? (in my own world, not expecting the question)
Onlooker: What kind of car is that?
Me: A Subaru (not expecting him to know what a BRZ is given the question...)
Onlooker: A what?
Me: A Su-ba-ru
Onlooker: Oh.. *walks away*

I get a lot of compliments from men and women of all ages, I also get a lot of confused stares as I ride around a construction site in it also haha.
