oft windows issue help

i open OFmanager and i plug in my OFT. it tells me there is an update i hit ok. then i get a popup window that says ... Access to the path 'C:open flash\openflash manager.exe' is denied... i went to properties and gave it full permission i don't understand. and ran out of options on what to do. i am running on mac using parallels. everything was fine last time i used it. i don't understand whats going on now. please help out =]

Have you tried deleting the entire Openflash folder on your C Drive, downloading the new version of OpenFlash manager from the website and running the installer? This way you aren't relying on the updating process since you are deleting the old and installing the new.

thanks! it was because it was the old openflash manager. didnt even realize there was a new one.
